The keyword list builder for a new site

Video coming soon

Use the keyword list builder when a site is new and has no history to pick from. Type a description of the business (what it sells, the services, who buys, the cities), up to five competitor domains and the location, and press Build.

SEO411.AI reads the site’s own pages (sitemap, titles and headings) for seeds, turns the description into search phrases (through Claude when the platform key is set, a plain split otherwise), asks Google’s keyword planner for ideas for every seed, and fills in monthly searches, cost per click, difficulty and intent. Difficulty is a database estimate and is labeled as one. The list comes back in four tiers: money (commercial and transactional intent), informational, local (a city in the phrase) and other, sorted by searches times cost per click.

The competitors’ live footprints are built at the same time (research credits per 10 keywords each, the same as the Footprints screen), and their top 20 positions merge into the list as they finish. Check the list live for this site runs a footprint of the site’s own domain with the list as its keywords, which gives the starting line. Tick the keywords you want and press Track: they are tracked as list picks within the plan limit and get the next weekly live check.
